Okay.. Let me introduce a tasty item by Soya Chunks.. Here is the recipe to make your diet healthy as well as tasty that is nothing but Soya Chunks Fry. So... let us make me to know you the process of this recipe..
Ingredients:
- Soya Chunks - 1 Cup
- Onions - cut length wise
- Tomato - 1 finely chopped
- Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
- Sliced Garlic - 1 Spoon
- Sliced Ginger - 1 Spoon
- Sliced Green Chili's - 2
- Red Chili Powder - to taste
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Spoon
- Chat Masala - 1 Spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - 3 Spoons finely chopped
- Oil - 2 Spoons
- Hot Water - 3 Cups
Method Of Preparation:
STEP 1:
First, I am going to start by soaking the Soya Chunks. For this, take a bowl. To this, add Soya Chunks and soak them with the hot water and add little bit of Salt to it and let them soak for 15 minutes. Just keep this bowl aside till then we can prepare the masala required for this.
STEP 2:
Now, take a pan and heat Oil. When it is hot enough, add shredded Onions nothing but chopped Onions and cook them for couple of minutes till they become transparent. Next add some sliced garlic, some sliced Ginger and sliced green Chili's and let them fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 3:
To this, add finely chopped Tomatoes and mix them well. Also it is the time to add all the Spices. Add Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Chat Masala and mix them. And fry them for 2 more minutes.
STEP 4:
The Soya Chunks will be ready now. And now, just drain out the water from them and squeeze some of the water but not completely let some amount of moisture may present in them So that we can add them to our Masala.
STEP 5:
After adding Soya Chunks to the pan toss them and make sure that Masala is properly coated to the Soya Chunks. Add Salt to taste, some lemon juice and mix them again.
In the end, add lots of Coriander and mix it properly and it is done... Just dish out and serve it as a starter.
